We're building a living system in the desert - mushrooms, vegetables, poultry, solar and people woven into one closed loop. A place that feeds families, restores the land, and proves the hardest climate on earth can grow the freshest food.

The MPU
A modular Mushroom Production Unit - climate-controlled inside, living roof and solar canopy above. Clean-to-dirty layout: prep, lab, incubation, independent fruiting rooms.
Small rooms by design hold the 90-95% humidity lion's mane needs. Insulated sandwich-panel on a slab - commissioned in ~12 weeks, replicated as we grow.
The Problem
Lion's mane - the most sought-after functional mushroom in the world - barely reaches menus here, because it yellows within a day of harvest. The freshest, most valuable mushroom on earth is the one thing money cannot import.
It can only be grown here.

Growing
Above the units, herbs, greens, strawberries and pollinator plants. Out in the shade, specialty mushrooms on logs and beds under the tree canopy.
The farm uses every layer - floor, canopy, roof.

Pastured Poultry & Orchard
Free-range heritage birds living naturally - not in cages - under fruit trees. They process spent mushroom substrate, fertilise the orchard, and provide eggs and meat.
A second harvest riding on infrastructure the mushrooms already pay for.
